Mission

The first institution of the Vidya Pratishthan, Bal Vikas Mandir, Baramati, an English Medium School was started in 1973. The School has, since its inception consistently maintained a very high standard of All-Round Education. It has both S.S.C.E. as well as I.C.S.E. Sections. To reduce the pressure for Admissions on Bal Vikas Mandir, a new S.S.C.E. School, New Bal Vikas Mandir was established in June 2004 at Pimpli near Baramati. Vidya Pratishthan in a surprisingly short period of time transformed a barren area of 140 acres in the M.I.D.C. Residential Zone of Baramati into “Vidyanagari” a “Shangri La” for students, having Centres of Learning and Research, harmoniously blending with the breathtaking landscape.

The Centres of Learning include

  • The Graduate Teachers’ Training College
  • The Marathi Medium School
  • The English Medium School (C.B.S.E.)
  • The Arts, Science and Commerce College
  • The Institute of Information Technology
  • The Law College
  • The College of Engineering
  • The School of Bio-Technology
  • Bal Shikshan Mandir a new S.S.C.E English Medium School
  • The Junior College of Education. (D.Ed. English Medium)
